mDia1 regulates HSPC functions in bone marrow transplantation.

(A). mDia1 expression pattern in murine hematopoietic cells obtained from Gene Expression Commons database. (B). Diap1 transcript levels in the indicated sorted cell lineages were examined by quantitative real-time PCR analyses. 18S ribosomal RNA was used as an internal control. The experiment was repeated in triplicate. (C).
