Research This study examines the influence of flexible work policies on job satisfaction in the technology industry. technology industry. Using a qualitative approach, this research investigates employees' perceptions and experiences regarding the implementation of flexible work policies in several leading technology companies. Methods used included in-depth interviews and document analysis, with the participation of 30 employees working in various roles in five different companies.
