Analyzing The Effect Of Capital, Labor, Raw Materials On Banana Sale Production In Karangpucung District, Cilacap Regency

Karangpucung District is one of the Districts in Cilacap Regency which is one of the centers for making banana sales. There are about 34 home industries making banana sale. Therefore, this study is interested in conducting research on variables that affect production in home industries. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the variables of capital, labor and raw materials had a positive effect on the production of the home industry selling bananas in Karangpucung District, and to find out which variables had the most influence on the production of the home industry making sale bananas. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Secondary data was obtained from previous research, literature and books. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires, interviews and direct tracing of respondents. This study uses regression analysis using the Cobb-Douglas method to find out how influential the variables are or not, as well as to find out the most influential variables. The results obtained are that the capital and raw material variables have a positive and significant effect on the production of the banana sale home industry, and for the labor variable the effect is positive but not significant, then the most influential variable in this study is the variable raw materials The implication of this research is that the banana sale home industry in Karangpucung District, Cilacap Regency maintains the quality of the products it produces and creates innovations in packaging to attract more consumers, as well as try digital market shutters.
