The purpose of our report is to show how with our communicative skills in English and French we not only got a place to do our internship project but also managed to get a job with effort and commitment. And in that process develop our abilities when facing daily challenges, difficult situations; in this way we not only achieve growth as professionals, but personally. So with this report we show our experience in the tourism sector, in the area of customer service, which was definitely the most complicated part; learning to handle difficult situations with people who do not speak the same language, trying to provide the best service.
