Lessons from a couple of rookie receptionists

The purpose of our report is to show how with our communicative skills in English and French we not only got a place to do our internship project but also managed to get a job with effort and commitment. And in that process develop our abilities when facing daily challenges, difficult situations; in this way we not only achieve growth as professionals, but personally.
