Analisis Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional: Studi Literatur

Background: The quality of health services in Indonesia has currently reduced social disparities with the existence of the National Health Insurance program. National Health Insurance is a health protection guarantee that funds future health facilities to be able to change the health system in Indonesia, so that participants receive health service benefits and protection for basic health needs. Having an effective and efficient JKN can protect the public from high health costs. So this research aims to analyze the factors that influence the utilization of BPJS Health services in Indonesia. Methods: This research uses a literature review method with a Narrative Literature Review approach. A total of 15 research articles were obtained from databases namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Sciencedirect with the keywords Utilization, Health Services, National Health Insurance. This method consists of determining keywords, creating questions, grouping questions, answering questions, and creating paragraphs. Research Results: From the eleven articles taken, the results showed that there was a relationship between age, gender, accessibility and the use of health services among JKN participants. Meanwhile, for the marital status variable, JKN participants' perceptions of the actions of health workers are not related to the use of health services. Conclusion: Utilization of health services among JKN participants can be influenced by several variables, namely Age, Gender, and Accessibility.Latar belakang: Mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia saat ini telah memperkecil kesenjangan sosial dengan adanya program Jaminan Kesehatatan Nasional. Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional merupakan jaminan perlindungan kesehatan yang mendanai fasilitas kesehatan masa depan untuk mampu mengubah sistem kesehatan di Indonesia, sehingga peserta memperoleh manfaat pelayanan kesehatan dan perlindungan atas kebutuhan dasar kesehatan. Dengan adanya JKN yang Efektif dan efisien dapat melindungi masyarakat dari tingginya biaya kesehatan.  Jadi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur Review dengan pendekatan Narative Literatur Review. Sejumlah 15 artikel penelitian yang didapatkan dari database yaitu Google Scholar, Pubmed, Sciencedirect dengan kata kunci Pemanfaatan, Pelayanan Kesehatan, Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Metode ini terdiri dari menentukan kata kunci, membuat pertanyaan, mengelompokan pertanyaan, menjawab pertanyaan, dan membuat paragraph. Hasil Penelitian: Dari sebelas artikel yang diambil didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antar usia, jenis kelamin, aksesbilitas terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan pada peserta JKN. Sedangkan untuk variabel status perkawinan, persepsi peserta JKN terhadap Tindakan petugas kesehatan tidak ada hubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan pada peserta JKN dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel yaitu Usia, Jenis Kelamin, dan Aksesbilitas
