Hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial dengan Adaptabilitas Karier Remaja di Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan

The aim of this study was to investigate if there was a correlation between social support and career adaptability among adolescents in Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan. This study hypothesized there was a positive correlation between social support and career adaptability among adolescents in Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan. The participants of this study were senior high school students with the age between 15-18 years in Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. This study used a quantitative approach and used a Social Support Scale and Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS) to collect the data. The data were analyzed with Pearson Product Moment. The result of the hypothesis testing showed that there was a positive correlation between social support and career adaptability among adolescents in Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan
