Bu çalışmada ALD ince film kaplı Poliamid 66 kumaşlarda antibakteriyel performans incelemesi yapılmıştır. TiO2 ve ZnO metal oksitleri ile kaplanmış kumaş, cam, fused quartz, Si wafer numuneleri birden fazla yöntem kullanılarak karakterize edilmiştir. Elipsometre, FTIR, SEM, UV-Vis, XPS karakterterizasyon metotları ile kaplanan filmler incelenmiştir. TiO2 ve ZnO ince film kaplı kumaş numunelerinin fotokatalitik aktivite tayinleri metilen mavisi degradasyonu ile tespit edilmiştir. Güneş ışığı simülatörü altında gerçekleştirilen testler sonucunda, TiO2 amorf yapısı nedeniyle fotokatalitik etki göstermemiştir.
