The effects of enzyme addition to corn-soybean diets on haemotologic values of broilers

Broyler rasyonlarına enzim katkısının hematolojik değerler üzerine etkisini incelemek üzere yapılan bu çalışmada 360 adet Cobb broyler erkek civciv kullanıldı. Civcivler kontrol, deneme I, deneme ll olmak üzere 3 gruba ayrıldılar ve gruplarım başlangıç ve büyütme yemleri aşağıdaki gibi hazırlandı. Kontrol: Mısır-soya ağırlıklı temel diyet, Deneme 1: Temel diyet + enzim (lrvizaym ısoo) Deneme ll: Temel diyetten % 2,5 daha az metabolize olabilir enerji ve ham protein içeren diyet + enzim (lrvizaym 1500 ) . Kontrol, deneme I ve ll gruplarının canlı ağırlık artışları sırasıyla 1640, 1700 ve 1606 g olarak bulundu. Deneme I grubunun Deneme ll grubundan önemli derecede (P < 0.05) daha fazla canlı ağırlık artışına sahip olduğu görüldü. Deneme sonunda alınan kan örnekleri hematokrit değer, alyuvar sayısı, akyuvar formülü, plasma Na, K ve Ca değerleri yönünden incelendi. Hematokrit değer yönünden gruplar arasında belirgin bir farklılık gözlenmedi. Alyuvar sayısı ise kontrol grubunda 2.615, deneme I grubunda 2.959, deneme ll grubunda 2.981 x 10 /mm3 olarak bulundu. Kontrol grubu ile deneme grupları arasındaki farkın istatistiksel açıdan önemli olduğu görüldü (P < 0.05 ). Plasma Na, K ve Ca değerleri sırasıyla kontrol grubunda 149. 3, 7. 6 mmol/1; 5.5 mEq/1; I. grupta 145.1, 6.5 mmol!l, 5. 7 mEq/l; ll. grupta 149. 7, 6.8 mmol/1, 5.1 mEq/l olarak bulundu. Yapılan akyuvar formülünde gruplar arasında belirgin bir farklılık gözlenmedi. Bu veriler, mısır+soya ağırlıklı rasyonlara enzim ilavesinin hematolojik değerler üzerinde olumsuz bir etkisinin olmadığını göstermektedir.This study was carried out on 360 male chicks to determine the effects of enzyme addition to broiler feeds, based on corn and soybean, on haematological values of broiler. Chicks were divided into 3 equal groups control, treatment I, II. The starter and grower feeds of the groups were as follows: Control: Corn and soybean based basa/ die ts. Treatment 1: Basal diets plus enzyme (Raviz yarn 1500 ) . Treatment ll: The diet contained less 2.5 % metabolisable energy and crude protein than basal diet plus enzyme (Ravi Izyom 1500). Weight gain of the control, treatment I and treatment II groups were 1640, 1700 and 1606 g respectively. There were no statistically important difference between weight gains of control and Treatment II, but Treatment I had importantly higher weight gain than Treatment Il (P < 0.05). Differences between feed efficiency values of the groups weren't significant. At the end of the experiment, collected blood samples were examined for haematocrit, red cell counts, differential leukocyte counts, and plasma Na, K, Ca values. There were no statistically important difference between groups for haematocrit values. Me an red ce ll counts were determined in the control group as 2.615, in the Treatment 12.959, in the Treatment II 2.981 x /061mm3. There were statistically important differences between Control group and Treatment I and Treatment ll (P < 0.05). Plasma Na, K and Ca values were found as tn control.
