Conclusion: The differences between migraineurs with vertigo or motion sickness or both, and migraineurs with neither might reflect differences in migraine pathophysiology. Objective: To assess vestibular symptoms in 871 definite migraineurs. Methods: Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire.
