An investigation about the effects of smoking on blood coagulation and some blood cells

Ateroskleroz (As) riskini artırıcı ve kalp üzerinde direk zararlı etkileri olan sigaranın, biz bu çalışmamızda, kan pıhtılaşmasında ne gibi değişimlere yol açtığını incelemek istedik. Araştırmamızın sonucunda, sigara içmeyen 58 olgu ve sigara içen 37 olgudan elde edilen bulgular istatistiksel yöntemlerle kıyaslanınca, sigaranın kan pıhtılaşmasını ve tromboz riskini önemli derecede artırdığı görüldü.It is known that smoking has direct hazardous effects on the heart and is an increasing factor of atherosclerosis' (As) risk. So, in this study we aimed to investigate the alterations that smoking caused on blood coagulation.
