Bu çalışmada klomifen sitratın, farelerin östrus siklusu ve gebe kalmaları üzerine etkisi araştırıldı. İlaç, kopulasyon ve ovulasyondan 1 ve 2 gün önce verildi. 2.0 mg/kg/gün dozunda verilen ilaç farelerin östrus siklusunun düzenini bozdu. Kontrol grubunda 20 fareden 18'i gebe kalırken, ilaç uygulanan 40 fareden hiçbiri gebe kalmadı.In this study the effects of clomiphene citrate on the estrous cycles and fertility of mice, has been investigated. Compound was ad ministered 1 or 2 days before coupulation and ovulation. Dose of 2.0 mg/ kg/day interrupted the estrous cycle of mice. None of the 40 treated animals became pregnant, whereas 18 of 20 control animals became pregnant
