To analyze the paradigms faced by the black female population in the Primary Care health system, identifying the main factors that prevent better access and assistance. Method: This is an integrative literature review, searching the Medline, BDENF, LILACS databases, using as descriptors: “Women's Health”, “Primary Health Care”, “Public Health” and “Health Policy”. Health” combined between Boolean operators AND and OR, with a time frame of the last 5 years. Results: Of the 4,541 articles found, 8 were selected to compose the study.
