UPAYA PEMULIHAN KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA TERORISME

The criminal act of terrorism has a very large crime impact both nationally and internationally. Efforts to recover victims of criminal acts of terrorism need to be done. This effort has two types, namely, recovery efforts during the period of ter-rorism and recovery after terrorism. Efforts to recover victims of criminal acts of terrorism have obstacles. There are two obstacles, namely, juridical constraints and empirical constraints. From this obstacle, it can be seen from the rules of law enforcers both nationally and internationally which have policies that are less relevant and less firm. Institutions that have duties and authorities in handling the recovery of victims of criminal acts of terrorism also have constraints such as problems with capability and professionalism
