Purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of the wellness concept that is being carried out and its relationships to guest satisfaction who stays at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Gianyar, Bali. Research methods: The data collection was using interviews, literature studies, observations, and questionnaires which were processed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Likert Scale was used to measure how well the implementation of the wellness concept had been carried out.
