Abstract: Implementation of learning result assessment training was given to Blitar elementary school teachers because based on initial study conducted with some elementary school teachers in Blitar City revealed that they generally have difficulties in understanding the assessment in Curriculum 2013. In addition, the assessment result is not utilized optimal for feedback and for improvement of learning process. The lack of understanding is due to the socialization of the Curriculum 2013 has not reached them. The results of the activities show the teachers of Blitar Elementary School get knowledge insight, understanding the concept of assessment, and skillfully devise an assessment instrument to measure the competence of spiritual attitude,...
