PENINGKATAN WAWASAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI PENDIDIKAN

Abstract: The objectives of this activity are: (1) improving leadership competencies in elementary schools; (2) increasing the latest insights from research results on educational leadership; (3) detect the style and type of leadership; and (4) increasing the latest insights from research results about organizational culture. The methods used are seminars and workshops. The result is that there is an increase in competence and insight of leadership and organizational culture as well as the detection of style and type of educational leadership.Keyword: leadership, organizational culture, style and type of leadershipAbstrak: Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: (1) meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan di sekolah dasar; (2) bertambahnya wawasan terbaru dari hasil-hasil penelitian tentang kepemimpinan pendidikan; (3) mengetahui gaya dan tipe kepemimpinan; dan (4) bertambahnya wawasan terbaru dari hasil penelitian tentang budaya organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah seminar dan workshop.
