The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of training and promotion on the work performance of civil servants at the land transportation human resource development center. The data source used in this research is primary data. The research model used is a quantitative research model. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 59 respondents. For data analysis and hypothesis testing using the Statistics Product and Service Solution 20.0 (SPSS 20.0) program.
