PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN ( Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan PT Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional)

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional. This research was conducted by employees of PT. Ditraco Built International Facilities which was affected by 133 Respondents. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection methods use questionnaires. For data analysis using statistical tests of calculations using multiple regression analysis calculated using the Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25.0 program. The results showed that motivation, work discipline and work environment have an influence on employee performance. Motivational variables have an influence on employee performance. Work discipline has an influence on employee performance. The work environment has an influence on employee performance.  Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin  kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh karyawan PT. Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional yang teridir dari 133 Responden. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk analisis data menggunakan Uji statistik dari perhitungan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang dihitung dengan menggunakan program Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
