ANALISIS FATWA MAJELIS ULAMA INDONESIA TENTANG HUKUM MENJATUHKAN TALAK TIGA SEKALIGUS

This study aims to find out more about the fatwa of the Indonesian Council of Ulama in imposing triple divorce in one occasionat to obtain evidence from the results of istinbath that influenced the fatwa of the Indonesian Council of Ulama so that they dropped three divorces at once. This research is a qualitative type with descriptive analysis method supported by normative law or library research. Data collection is the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council Triple divorce at once as well as books, journals, articles and so on. The result of this research is the fatwa decision of of the Indonesian Council of Ulamawhich states that talak occurred in three at once, so the talak law fell in one. In this decision, of the Indonesian Council of Ulama considered the opinions of the majority of scholars and Law no. 1 Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law as stated in article 115 KHI "Divorce can only be carried out in front of a Religious Court trial after the Religious Court has tried and failed to reconcile"
