Conflict is universal and its management needs ‘universal’ attention within and outside organisations. This study examined the causes of conflict in mass media organisation; assessed the mechanism put in place to resolve conflict in mass media organisation and effects of conflict on performance in mass media organisation. The examination used primary and secondary data. The quantitative data analysis was used to analyze data collected from respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The study analyzed the causes of conflicts whereby it’s beneficial to them with 49%.
