Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Proses Penyembuhan Luka Post Operasi Laparatomy di RSUD Dr. H. Abdoel Moeloek

ABSTRACT Laparotomy is one of the major surgical procedures, by making incisions in the layers of the abdominal wall to obtain the part of the abdominal organs that are experiencing problems (haemorrhage, perforation, cancer, and obstruction). According to WHO, the rate of laparotomy surgery in the United States is reported to have increased by 50% in the last ten years. Pre-survey data at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province, in January-December 2021, it was found that the laparotomy operation was 20.8% of the total number of operations. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the process of wound healing after laparotomy surgery at Dr. Hospital. H. Abdoel Moeloek in 2022. This type of research is quantitative with an analytical survey design and a cross sectional approach, the sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling technique. The population of post-laparotomy patients at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung City in January-December 2021 obtained an average of 67 patients per month. Based on the results of the calculation of the sample used, the total population with 40 respondents. Collecting data using an observation sheet using the Chi Square test. The results showed that there were four factors related to wound healing, namely age with value = 0.001, nutrition with value = 0.001, anemia with value = 0.000 and comorbidities (DM) with value = 0.000. The researcher hopes that the factors that can affect the wound healing of post-laparotomy patients are kept in mind so that complications of laparotomy wound healing do not occur. Keywords: Age, Nutrition, Anemia, Comorbidities (Diabetes Mellitus), Post-Laparotomy Wound Healing ABSTRAK Laparatomi merupakan salah satu prosedur pembedahan mayor, dengan melakukan penyayatan pada lapisan-lapisan dinding abdomen untuk mendapatkan bagian organ abdomen yang mengalami masalah (hemoragi, perforasi, kanker, dan obstruksi). Menurut WHO, angka pembedahan laparatomi di Amerika Serikat disampaikan telah meningkat sebesar 50% dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Data pre survey di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung pada bulan Januari-Desember 2021 didapatkan hasil bahwa operasi laparotomy sebesar 20.8% dari jumlah keseluruhan operasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan proses penyembuhan luka post operasi laparatomy di RSUD Dr. H. Abdoel Moeloek tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rancangan survey analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Populasi pasien post laparatomi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Kota Bandar Lampung pada bulan Januari-Desember 2021 didapatkan rata-rata perbulan pasien berjumlah 67 pasien. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total populasi dengan 40 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya empat faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyembuhan luka yaitu usia dengan nilai ρ value = 0.001, nutrisi dengan nilai ρ value=0.001, anemia dengan nilai ρ value = 0.000 dan penyakit penyerta (DM) dengan hasil ρ value = 0.000. Peneliti berharap agar faktor faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penyembuhan luka pasien post operasi laparatomi tetap di perhatikan supaya tidak terjadi komplikasi penyembuhan luka laparatomi.
