This research aims to determine the influence of products, service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty in using BRI Bank, at PT. BRI Bank Sidorame Unit. The population in this research is customers at PT. Bank BRI Sidorame Unit which uses Bank BRI Products. The final sample obtained was 100 respondents. The data analysis used is path analysis. The influence of products on satisfaction at PT. Bank BRI Sidorame unit has a t-count value of 4.299 > t-table 1.984, and a significant result of 0.001.
