БАКТЕРІОЛОГІЧНЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ МІКРОБНОЇ КОНТАМІНАЦІЇ ВІТРИН АПТЕЧНИХ ПРИМІЩЕНЬ

SUMMARY. The aim – to carry out a bacteriological study of washes from pharmacy windows in order to detect contamination of the latter with microorganisms and to analyze the structural composition of the obtained samples, the presence and frequency of detection of opportunistic and pathogenic microorganisms in them. Material and Methods. During the visit to the pharmacies, 26 samples were taken by washing the pharmacy windows and the barriers that are directly between the visitor and the pharmacist. The research was carried out by the classic bacteriological method. Microorganisms were identified by morphological, tinctorial, cultural, biochemical properties and statistical analysis of the obtained results was carried out. Results. During the study of 26 washings, 74 strains of microorganisms were found. According to the results of bacteriological analysis of the samples, it was found that among gram-positive microorganisms, which make up 41.67 % of the entire microbiota, there are representatives of the following genera: Micrococcus, Vacillus, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Candida. Gram-negative – accounted for 50.00 % of the obtained biodiversity, among them there were Acinetobacter spp., Neisseria spp., Escherichia spp., Yersinia spp., Klebsiella spp., Moraxella spp. Representatives of Gram-variable microorganisms – Mobiluncus spp., found in one sample, corresponding to 8.33 %. According to the rate of occurrence (Pi) of various genera of microorganisms, representatives of gram-positive microorganisms, namely the genera Micrococcus, Staphylococcus, and Vacillus, were cultured most often. After conducting an analysis of the constancy index C (%), Micrococcus, Bacillus, and Staphylococcus were classified as constant, in which it reaches more than 50.0 % The remaining representatives of the gram-positive flora and all gram-negative microorganisms should be classified as those that occur infrequently (1–19.0 %). Conclusions. Evaluating in general the microbial contamination of pharmacy windows, according to the results of bacteriological research, it should be noted that it does not exceed the norms indicated in the current regulatory acts regulating the work of pharmacies: Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 275 dated 15.05. 2006 "Instructions on the sanitary and anti-epidemic regime of pharmacy establishments"; Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 812 dated 17.10.2012 "Rules for production (manufacturing) and quality control of medicinal products in pharmacies."Резюме. Метою нашої роботи було провести бактеріологічне дослідження змивів із вітрин аптек з метою виявлення контамінації останніх мікроорганізмами та проаналізувати структурний склад отриманих проб, наявність і частоту виявлення у них умовно-патогенних та патогенних мікроорганізмів. Матеріал і методи. Під час відвідування аптек було взято 26 проб шляхом змивів із вітрин аптек та обмежувачів, що безпосередньо знаходяться між відвідувачем і фармацевтом. Дослідження проводили класичним бактеріологічним методом. Ідентифікували мікроорганізми за морфологічними, тинкторіальними, культуральними, біохімічними властивостями та проводили статистичний аналіз отриманих результатів. Результати. При дослідженні 26 змивів виявлено 74 штами мікроорганізмів. За результатами бактеріологічного аналізу проб з’ясували, що серед грампозитивних мікроорганізмів, які складають 41,67 % від всієї мікробіоти, трапляються представники таких родів: Micrococcus, Вacillus, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Candida. Грамнегативні склали 50,00 % від отриманого біорізноманіття, серед них траплялись Acinetobacter spp., Neisseria spp., Escherichia spp., Yersinia spp., Klebsiella spp., Moraxella spp. Представник грамваріабельних мікроорганізмів – Mobiluncus spp., виявлений у одному зразку, що складає 8,33 %. Згідно з показником зустрічання (Рі) різних родів мікроорганізмів максимально часто висівались представники грампозитивних мікроорганізмів, а саме родів Micrococcus, Staphylococcus та Вacillus. Провівши аналіз індексу постійності С (%), до константних віднесли Micrococcus, Вacillus, та Staphylococcus, у яких він сягає більше 50,0 %. Решта представників грампозитивної флори та всі грамнегативні мікроорганізми слід віднести до тих, що зустрічаються нечасто (1–19,0 %). Висновки. Оцінюючи мікробну забрудненість вітрин аптек за результатами бактеріологічного дослідження слід зазначити, що вона не перевищує норм, вказаних у діючих нормативних актах, що регламентують роботу аптек: Наказ Міністерства охорони здоров'я України № 275 від 15.05. 2006 року «Інструкція із санітарно-протиепідемічного режиму аптечних закладів»; Наказ МОЗ України № 812 від 17.10.2012 р. «Правила виробництва (виготовлення) та контролю якості лікарських засобів в аптеках»
