This paper is built based on the previous paper presented on the IEPM’97 Conference, Lyon. First, the principles of the Quantitative Model for Performance Measurement System is presented, including the models for prioritisation of performance measurement and resources allocation. Then, the model is extended by using the model to evaluate the performance of manufacturing strategies, and elaborating the dynamics of the model. Through the sensitivity analysis of the model the impacts of the changes of environments on the model can be identified
