The Lower Palaeolithic site of Cimitero di Atella is located in Basilicata, south of the Vulture. Since 2016, following the research carried out by Prof. Borzatti, our Italian French working group, resumed research to obtain new results on ways of life, the landscape and the environment of the men who populated the territory of Atella 600 ka years ago.
