The revisionist strategies of Putin's Russia and Xi Jinping's China depend on Sino-Russian convergence. Moscow and Beijing have begun to build an alternative order based on the multilateral organization of the Eurasian space, whose counterpoint is the United States' strategy in the Indo-Pacific.
