Abstract Urban forests play an essential role in mitigating negative human actions over people’s quality of life. Trees provide well-being to populations since they enable the provision of several environmental services. Human perception about nature is essential to keep balance in cities’ development processes, according to which, natural environments are part of them. Thus, the aim of the current study is to analyze Technological Research Institute workers’ perception about its urban forest to support its management process.
