Purification and identification of monoclonal antibodies (A) displays the SDS-PAGE analysis of purified Mabs F1D4 and B7D4, with a Prestained 180 kD Protein Ladder (in KD of 26, 34, 43, 55, 72, 95, 130, and 180 from bottom to top) (Beyotime Biotechnology, Shanghai). The high purity and molecular weight of the heavy/light chains of Mabs are evident in the image. (B) ELISA analysis shows titers between Mabs and corresponding protein antigens or S. Typhimurium LT2. (C) ELISA analysis reveals Mab subtypes using HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse IgA/IgM/IgG1/IgG3/IgG.</p
