Local Wasted Food-Related Policies in the Rochester and Albany NY metro regions

Poster for the New York State Organics conference in April 2023, on collaborative research as part of the RECIPES network project (https://wastedfood.american.edu/). We used a ReFED/Harvard Law School framework to study if and how local governments across NY are using available policy tools to address wasted food prevention and management.
