The elaboration of the present paper consists of the building of a theoretical proposal for the power relationships analysis in organizations, in an attempt of establishing a bridge between Pierre Bourdieu’s and Michel Foucault’s works. These two authors were chosen for their having elaborated wide discussions concerning power, which may complete each other. The present proposal brings answers to Morin & Le Moigne (2000) and Santos’ (1996) expectations concerning the search for new and wider models and explanations for social world and to the combat against the hyper-specialization of sciences. It also assists Hardy & Clegg’s (2001) clamors for the transformation of the organizational studies in a group of more related and connected convers...
