Dr. Hector P. Garcia asks members of the Mexican American Caucus to show support for Senator Bentsen's Bill

Dr. Hector P. Garcia, Founder of the American G.I. Forum U.S., writes to members of the Mexican American Caucus asking them to support Senator Bentsen's Bill NO. Senate Bill NO. 665 to create an office of Hispanic Affairs in the White House.
