This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Workplace Spirituality with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The subjects in this study were employees at the Hasna Medika Heart Hospital, Cirebon. This study uses a survey type quantitative method, data collection using a scale. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis technique.
