The study of the political and social developments in Nigeria since its independence could not prove that stability is established in the country. Researchers proclaim many reasons for this condition. One of such conditions is the inefficient management of elections. Having understood the significance of the fraud-free election system in deciding the fate of the country, the present research aims to design and develop an electoral system that is free from errors and electoral manipulations right from the registration phase all through the entire voting cycle.
