International audienceIntestinal host-microbiota interactions form a symbiosis mainly regulated atthe intestinal crypt level. These crosstalks play a major role in ensuring the health of thehost. Modelling these interactions is a further step to understand the behaviour of thisecosystem and determine whether healthy states can be recovered after a deteriorationof the host-microbiota symbiosis.
