The museum fact in virtuality: the reinvention from the COVID-19 pandemic

Museums are going through a change in the museum process during the COVID-19 Pandemic in a short time, with the closure of museums due to social isolation according to health needs. Museums, as well as society's interests, migrated to virtuality, based on the research presented, thereare ruptures and challenges in this period.This investigation seeks to analyse, the movement of museums in the face of the pandemic with the investigation of the concept of Fact Museum and how this concept can be potentialized thought for Cybermuseal based on the use of processes in front of Cybermusealization.In this context, the objective is to present a reflection on the Museal Fact and its development in the face of the Museal Framework that was established in the Pandemic a new look at virtuality by museums. To this end, it became necessary to understand the nature of some of the approaches already adopted within the panorama of museums in order to outline the models and means of this type of process.Os museus atravessaram uma mudança no processo museal durante a Pandemia COVID-19, com o fechamento das instituições culturais por conta do isolamento social conforme a necessidade sanitária. Pensando que a Pandemia de COVID-19 acabou em 2023, segundo OMS,assim como os interesses da sociedade migraram para a virtualidade, com base na investigação apresentada houveram rupturas e desafios neste período. Esta investigação procura analisar o movimento dos museus diante da pandemia com a investigação do conceito de Fato Museal e de como este conceito pode ser potencializado pensado paro Cibermuseal com base na utilização dos processos diante da Cibermusealização. Neste contexto, o objetivo passa por apresentar uma reflexão sobre o Fato Museal e seu desenvolvimento diante do Marco Museal que se estabeleceu na Pandemia um novo olhar para a virtualidade pelos museus. Para tal tornou-se necessário compreender a natureza de algumas das abordagens já adotadas dentro do panorama dos museus a fim de traçar os modelos e meios deste tipo de processos
