PENGARUH FOOD SAFETY TERHADAP PURCHASE DECISION: Survei terhadap Konsumen yang bersantap di Rumah Makan Tahu Sumedang Sari Kedele

ABSTRACT Yuniar Dwi Rahmania (1701372), “The Influence of Food Safety on Purchase Decisions” (Survey of Consumers who dine at Rumah Makan Tahu Sumedang Sari Kedele) under the guidance of Dr. Gitaswhara, SE.Par., MM and Andreas Suwandi, S.Pd. , Gr., M.Pd. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of food safety on purchasing decisions at the Rumah Makan Tahu Sumedang Sari Kedele. The independent variable (X) in this study is Food Safety which consists of several sub-dimensions, namely Food Reception, Cooking, Preparation and serving, and Inventory/purchase and the choice variable (Y) is Purchase Decision. The method used is a survey using simple random sampling with a total of 390 respondents at the Rumah Makan Tahu Sumedang Sari Kedele. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression using the IBM SPSS for Windows 26.0 assistance program. Receiving food, Cooking, Preparation and serving, and Procurement/purchasing are highly rated. The results showed that together the Food Safety variables had a significant influence on the Purchase Decision at the Rumah Makan Tahu Sumedang Sari Kedele. All sub-dimensions of the Food Safety variable have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Food Safety, Purchase Decisio
