Bullis spoke of the time period between 1968 and the mid-1970s and on the following topics: The US Army Reserves, The National Guard, Film production, and the Vietnam Era on UW-Madison’s campus. Bullis also commented on the motivations for joining the armed forces despite anti-war sentiment. This interview was conducted for inclusion into the UW-Madison Oral History Program
