This paper presents a novel computational human memory augmentation concept, Ubiquitous Memories, used to support everyday information related activities. Memory aid architecture has been used to annotate augmented video data as wearable information. We have developed a prototype system, Ubiquitous Memories, composed of a head-mounted display, a wearable camera and a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)device, which attaches to an individual user, as wel as a set of RFID tags and web servers. These RFID tags are set on their corresponding rea world objects. A user might link a desired video data with a certain real world object by means of a RFID tag on the object.
