Context : Brachial plexus lesions can have several origins (traumatic, compressive, iatrogenic, tumoral, autoimmune). Obstetric lesions affect 0.38 to 5.1 cases out of 1000 births. In 80% of cases, the paralysis is temporary, but depending on the type of lesion, 20% keep residual lesions. Constraint-induced therapy is a practice increasingly studied in children, especially in cerebral palsy. Acting on neuroplasticity, it is therefore interesting to evaluate its effect on other pediatric neurological pathologies.
