Context : The femoroacetabular impingement is a hip disorder defined in 1936 by Smith-Peterson that affects thousands of athletes. Consensus has recently emerged regarding its definition and modalities of management, but its pathophysiology is not yet fully understood by the scientific body. Understanding the etiology of this pathology is key to improving prevention efforts as well as care.Purpose : Identify risk factors related to femoroacetabular impingement in the athletes population.Participants : Amateur or professional athletes of all ages.Results : The study population was a young sportsman population.
