This retrospective study, spanning six years, explores the shifting etiological patterns of HCC in Northwestern India, particularly influenced by factors like Hepatitis B and C endemics, alcohol consumption, and vaccination programs. Data from 164 HCC patients reveal a significant shift, with Hepatitis C surpassing Hepatitis B as the primary etiological factor.
