This paper aims to identify the importance of personal marketing for graduates of the Federal University of Sergipe. In order to identify the graduate profile, if there is the importance of the theory, and the techniques they use for their personal marketing. This research explored personal marketing, its techniques, and the profile of the business administration graduate. For this, a quantitative and exploratory research was carried out, where the research method to be adopted is the survey, the scientific method used was deductive, and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire.
