This research aimed to comprehend creativity and its teaching-learning process, seeking to understand and discuss how creativity can be rethought and inserted in the context of graduation in Business Management at the Federal University of Sergipe. This study is justified by the fact that there are few studies relating creativity and teaching in Administration. This research was based on the perceptions of graduating students, because they had a broader view of the course.
