U ovom radu opisano je modeliranje topljivosti flavonoida (apigenin, daidzein, krizin, kvercetin, luteolin i naringenin) u smjesama vode i nižih alkohola (etanol i metanol). Izračunati su interakcijski parametri Wilsonova modela koeficijenta aktivnosti i modela NRTL iz eksperimentalnih podataka o topljivosti flavonoida u smjesama vode i nižih alkohola preuzetih iz literature. Grafički su opisana slaganja modela s eksperimentalnim rezultatima u x-T-dijagramu.
