This paper is a case study of Okinawan Karate, one of the Traditional Okinawan Martial Arts, as a lifelong exercise. The Karate-population ranges over all ages and sexes, which indicates the possibility of Karate to be one of the lifelong sports anybody can go on. As the first step to prove the position of Karate in our daily life, therefore, the main concern of this paper is the research of the Karate-population in Okinawa
