Apparatus for NQR experiment was constructed and its performances were tested. The apparatus includes a temperature controller whose performance was tested by observing the resonance line of ^Cl in a sample, NaClO_3, while its temperature was controlled in the range from 77 K to about 300 K. It was found that during the measurement the temperature of the sample was controlled within ± 0.2 K. A microcomputer was introduced in accumulating the weak signals and its effectiveness is discussed
