In labour law, women with disabilities belong to the vulnerable category, faced with double discrimination. Unequal treatment is based on sex and disability, which poses a double burden when accessing rights, institutions, education and finally employment. In this paper, the authoress stands that unequal treatment at the earliest age for girls compared to boys with disabilities in medical help, education and vocational training make a lower representation of women with disabilities in the labour market.
