Purpose: This study aims to determine how employees manage with conflict and their commitment towards the organization. Theoretical framework: The conflict management style and organizational commitment theory was applied in this study. Design/Methodology/Approach: A sample of 245 respondent from PKNS employees was used in this cross-sectional study. Data was collected using simple random sampling by distributing close-ended questionnaire.
