[出版社版]Correlations between university students’ volunteer experiences and their expectations about the results of volunteer activities, self-efficacy, as well as cooperativeness were investigated. A questionnaire survey was conducted with university students hoping to become school teachers or nursery care workers (N=300). The results indicated that the students’ past volunteer experiences could be classified into two types: (1) service oriented type that focused on work, (2) and interpersonal support oriented type that focused on direct interactions with people.
