The negative impact of human activities on the ecosystem is significant. Environmentally oriented studies in multidisciplinary approaches are needed to better understand and limit this impact. One of the major issues is the development of antimicrobial resistance, of which one example is the resistance of Aspergillus fumigatus to triazoles.
